Made from apples found growing on the slopes of the Yellowstone Caldera. These volcanically formed and glacially blended soils grow apples that are rich in flavor and unique in terroir. Many of these trees are over 100 years old.

Curvy 750ml from Press online. Clear, a bit jellied, medium deep gold pour. Quick spritz of head. Sweet onion & Spanish Sidra. Sour orange, pear, bubblegum nose. Wild Sidra twang, jelly bean citrus flavors, lemon, pithy finish. Greasy yet spirited feel, a bit stiff, bad burps. Varnish level acid, medium tartness. One & done.
