Fruity, sharp, veggi-bitter, minerally, creamy fruit nose. Hyper mousse, apple skins & apricots, lime, bittersharp, tart grapeskins(somehow mellow), white grape & earthy apricot pith finish. Perfect acid. Ash out of nowhere. Not quite dry. It's such a run-on sentence to maneuver into taste. It's a adjective or two off world class & that may be my fault. I quickly forget what they're capable of. Fucking good.
