This beer was brewed exclusively fresh Crystal hops plucked straight from the bine at Crosby Hop Farm in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. I rushed this one a bit. Mom wanted me to pay the bill & get out of here. Half pour, a sip & a couple hard chugs. Clear, if greasy, medium gold. Acidy floral, lightly snappy nose. Frothy, chalky, lingering acidity, a touch cabbage-y sweet. Maybe too fresh? Okay.
