Soft tropical quice nose: papaya, clay, green strawberry, kiwi, powdered sugar. Bittersharp apples, oak, oily honeysuckle, papaya & pickled red onion, sour pineapple, maybe a little too sweet. Lingering Winesap oakiness. Acidy burps. Little funk compared to other quince blends. Oily, acidy, high acid medium low tartness, medium low co2, a bit of belly burn. Kinda nice.
