Raspberry, strong celery and chili, and honey. Sweet and sugary, with a big, aggressive spicy finish. Too hot for my tastes, but quality enough.

Second pour, first round of dry bottles at their tap room. In my rush, & constant conversation with one of the owners, I couldn't get the rest of the bottle info. Burgundy, clear, ever slightly paler than the regular raspberry. Dark berry, slightly medicinal, no obvious pepper note on the nose. A bit jammy but very veggy, long acid, low heat, stemmy bitterness, thin. Clear & pale. Just okay. Jalepeno subtracted from a good thing.
