Big floral, soft tropical, earthy pear, twangy sweet vinegar nose, succulent papaya finish. Sweet & juicy, low acid, long earthy yeast, middling tartness, Sidra floral, big bittersweet tannic, sweet lemon, drying finish. Just enough cheese funk to be interesting & not be difficult. Very slight oxidation on the tail. Prickly carbonation, astringent body, not much heat. Kinda good.
