Single via Press online. Pint glass at home. Clear, filtered, pale strawberry rose wine, slight string of lace. Sour strawberry, acidic veg, a little footy, watermelon rind nose. Creamy, watermelon rind, tannic apple skin, rose wine, slight caramel, dry passion fruit, veggie finish. Crispy, very acidic, lemon sorbet, hard bitter orange rind, maybe some minute natural flavors. It makes a bit of a cocktail, which seems very pro. Good+.
