I've never seen the locust honey version in the description. Clear, oily, pale gold. Thin but eager bleached head. Waxy, sharp floral nose: lavender + orange-ish. A touch too potpourri. Bittersweet leaning sweet flavor. Floral & moderate astringency that lingers. Herbal pith. Nice lemon zing from my favorite kind of honey. Waxy textural buildup without the wax taste. Super crisp, beaded, natural carbonation that doesn't die off much at all, 7/5. I feel all of the 12%. Finish is brut dry. Quaffable & delicious. Cheers.
