Honey, fresh mulch funk, bittersweet apple sauce, slightly zesty nose. Taste is yeasty, fresh cider. A little floral, minerally, some gum, lots of browned apple sweetness to contrast the iron-y, bitter-sharp finish. High acid, medium-low tart, still fermenting. Really crispy & bitey carb. Surprisingly decent & even good.
