750m from their summer cider club. Pint glass at home. Clear, pale gold, suddy & quick head. Sweet, oaky, mellow vanilla, bittersweet & bitter sharp apple sauce nose. Iron, caramel corn, browned sweet apple, tart skin, apple sauce nose. Bittersweet apple, caramel, high tart & high acid middle, inbred oak flavor, low floral, thin & oily, lingering sharpness & the carb doesn't quite keep up. Less nuance but it's an almost perfect apple aside from the buttery-ness & treatment. It's in every fucking blend in the North-East. Cheers.
