Rustic in style and super fresh, this dry, refreshing saison offers subtle earthy and spice flavours from noble hops, with speciality French saison yeast adding citrussy fruit characters and a little peppercorn kick. Saison, not as you know it. Additions of native Finger Limes and Pepperberry give it licks of citrus and earthy spice. It's a yeasty brew, finishing dry & tart.

Sunrise seems to be the name of a newish fingerlime hybrid. Can. Pale, slightly hazy orange with a white head. Aroma of lime, orange, spiced dough - there being additions is delectable but not obvious. Sweet and a little honeyed before spices and hops help things snap a bit more towards the end. Pretty good.

(Can) Pours slightly hazy straw with small loose white head. Nice interesting unusual aroma with notes of spice and earthy and floral hints. Medium body with good carbonation. Good complex taste. There’s a pleasant citrus not that runs through the palate. There’s a nice peppery spice that cuts in early and follows through to the finish. There’s some lactic yoghurt hints towards the end. Very enjoyable.
