Can from The Fuss Club. Nose is raisin, liquorice toffee, prunes, cola. Taste is much the same. Malty sweet & very much belies its strength.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, caramel, fruity, taste is sweet toffee, roasted, chocolate, liquorice,earthy. 8/7/8/7/7

Keg draught at the Barley Twist, Nottingham. Brownish black, opaque with the tiniest possible off-white head. Nutty aroma with some milk chocolate. Taste is full of chocolate, pistachio, caramel. Light bitterness on the finish but overall this is a sweet beer. Medium body with soft and inobtrusive carbonation. I'd like more but I'm OK with what I have.

440ml can.  Pours very dark brown with no head.  Aroma is sharp, earthy cola.  Taste is sweet to start with milk chocolate and cola.  Earthy touches.  Slightly sharp finish.
