Our flagship Hazy IPA, Cody Street is a Citra juice bomb. Crazy smooth with big citrus flavors and a slightly bitter back end. Notes of bright citrus, sweet fruit and a touch of lemon, we use three different forms of Citra hops; T90 pellets, Lupomax pellets and Citra Incognito for maximum Citra goodness. Brewery draught, 5/31/25.
Moderately hazy with some darker, olive-bronze tones. Small, white head.
Juicy citra with plentiful orange and light pineapple. Zesty acidity on the end with biscuit and cracker from the malt. Clean.
Light juice and a cracker-and-biscuit character with very low sweetness. Could use a bit more softness and sweetness from the malt. It's a bit limp and the acid builds up somewhat. But very competent otherwise and a pretty good job on the hopping.
