Bottle, 8.0%. Mild malty aroma, slightly oxidised. Hazy dark golden colour. Small frothy, but stable, white head. The flavour is yeasty and peppery. Good mouthfeel. Yeasty finish with a little peppery note as well. Tastes fairly authentically Belgian.

Bottle from the brewpub. Pours slightly hazy dark straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and fruit, with malty and estery notes. Bitter flavour of hops, with sweetish notes of malt, fruit, and yeast, and floral touches. Bitter and malty aftertaste with estery hints. Decent.

0,5 l bottle purchased today at their brewpub. Simple label with all the data that you want. BB 31.12.2026. Cloudy deep golden in the glass, small head. Intensive typical belgian triple aroma, fruity, caramel and malty sweetness. Taste has a lot of caramel, fruity, increasing alcoholic. Some malty bitterness. Complex stuff. Nearly no carbonation. Nice one.
