This beer was brewed in collaboration with Horus Aged Ales and inspired by our mutual love for the low Plato beers in Czechia. We brewed with Francin Pilsner from Linc Malt and hopped generously with select lots of late harvest Saaz. We then carbonated slowly and naturally and lagered for 10 weeks. Na zoravi

Aroma is bready, a little grassy, slightly flora. Taste has a lovely herbal hop bitterness backed by just the right amount of bready malt sweetness. Softly carbonated.
