Poured from the tap @ Threefold. Clear bright pink with small white head. Feint dragonfruit, very dry peppery cheerio underlay.

Toasty nose, that cheerios thing. Light hibiscus. Decent saison base, but the fermentation is definitely off.

On tap at Threefold, pours a hazy dark pinkish red with a small pink-tinged head. Aroma is full of rustic saison yeast, lots of tart fruit, and some Cheerios. Flavour is unfortunately quite Cheerios-dominant (pretty sure that’s THP), rustic saison yeast, and fermented out dragonfruit. The THP isn’t too bothersome but doesn’t seem optimal. There is a nice lightly tart fruit and wild yeast character underneath. Decent.

On tap at Threefold. Pours hazy ruby with a pink head. Rustic saison yeast, a touch oak, dragonfruit, and, some bugs on the nose. Flavour has lots of juicy dragonfruit, some rustic yeast, a little bit of bugs, and noticeable cheerios on the finish. Not the best-calibrated saison.
