A célunk az, hogy a KEG Sörművházban és a MIXÁT Udvarban mindig legyen a csapon egy könnyen érthető és iható, kedves IPA, amely ráadásul ár-érték arányban kiemelkedően versenyképes. Főzetenként változtatunk a recepten.
Az előző főzethez képest igyekeztünk kicsit vastagabbá, testesebbé tenni a 10-es Csapot, erősebb malátaprofillal. Ezáltal karakteresebb kortyérzet keletkezett.

From tap at Keg Sörmüvház, Budapest, 29.06.25. Hazy orange golden. Dense and fairly persistent white head and lacing. Excellently balanced and interesting taste of pale malt, tawny marmalade, fresh papaya, dried papaya and mandarins. Perhaps an unfortunate hint of eucalyptus in aroma and aftertaste. Otherwise very good!

On tap at KEG Budapest, thanks Marko. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, floral and light fruity nose. Sweetish malty, herbal, light floral and touch of caramel in the finish.

Tap at Keg. Hazy golden body, thick, lasting off-white head. Floral, peachy aroma, bit herbal. Lean, dry taste, peachy bit citric taste, somewhat herbal, ends simple and bitterish. Not a huge fan, the body needs tweaking.
