A clear golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of fresh oregano, a bit peppery, yeasty, wheat malt. Taste of white pepper, oregano, wheat malt, some farmhouse yeast, spicy finish.

Pours very foamy , bit unclear blonde. Foam fades medium slow, especially for the size. Scent is be yeast, bready malts, some spices but not at all dominant, and hard to pinpoint exactly what they are. Lemons are recognizable if known. Taste is sharp, slick acidity, lactic acid seemingly, some citric tartness and aroma as well. Spices are mild but not lost. Carbonation is (too) high. Feels a bit oily though its fairly dry tastewise. Bit of a weird beer, but that meets expectations after reading the description. It doesnt become off putting though, which is a thin line not to cross, but gistgeest handled it well. Still, wouldnt call this my favorite either. Perhaps it would be better with the food it's made for to be paired with ?
