A collab with our friends from Lasting Brass Brewing Co., Reveal is a Belgian Pale Ale fermented with 2 Belgian strains of yeast. European and New Zealand-grown varieties of hops lend lemony notes with a touch of tropical fruit character that complements the expressive Belgian yeast character.

Quite hazy. Interesting, is this a New England Belgian Pale Ale?
Unripe tropical and stone fruit with peppery phenols. Big mineral with a touch of sulfur. Thought it would be Motueka, but I'm not sure about that based on the nose. Seems more Rakau/Riwaka. Crusty, bready malts, very low sugar. Nicely retains it's Belgian yeastiness while still allowing hops to shine.
Very, very dry, crackery, biscuity. Lemony hop, with light tropical fruit. Just absolutely bone dry, with probably a dearth of malt texture. I appreciate the dryness and the controlled Belgian yeast character, the not overdone hops, but this goes a bit too far with the complete lack of any sweetness/softness whatsoever.
