Brewery draught, 6/1/25.
Deep brass as pictured. Clear.
Rich mineral and zesty, dried herbs. Biscuit and sourdough. Clean. Not as brightly aromatic as Otava and Clear Intent.
Biscuity malts with a lighter body and crackery, slightly watery texture. Mineral, sourdough, bitter herbal hops and lingering graininess. Bit of a miss here, it seems. Just not nearly enough malt depth. Maybe a touch too much specialty malt? Not sure.
