Keg at Red Squirrel. It pours clear gold with a decent white head. The aroma is bready, soft, sweet, paper, fart, creamy and corn. The taste is soft, sweet, creamy, grassy, floral and light pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fair lagerbier.

Keg at the red Squirrel shop high Wycombe. A clear golden pale coloured pour with a lasting thin white head grassy hop, silage, wet grass, damp dog. Flavour is composed of wet grass, silage, dirty grains, little chalky. Palate is crisp and dry, frothy carbonation. Little grassy.

Keg at the Red Squirrel Brewery Shop. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has crisp cereal, biscuit, a little lemon essence. Light sweet flavour with more cereal, faint butter, pale grains, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish, lightly drying, with more biscuits, a little cereal and straw. Not bad.

Keg at RS HW, 01/10/16. Clear golden with a decent white cap. Nose is bready malts, straw, grains, light cereals. Taste comprises bready malts, cereals, vanilla, straw, hay. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent pils, crisp and clean.

Tap at the Brewery Shop, Amersham. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, zesty citrus, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp refreshing creamy yeast, fruiy citrus palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. An impressive Pilsner.

On cask at The Red Squirrel, Berkhamsted. Smooth malty beginning. Quite sweetish with a nice bitterness. Easy to drink, fresh and smooth with a sweetish grainy aftertaste.
