Can from American Candy & Liquor, Birmingham. Clear gold with a white head and a light sparkling carbonation. Lovely fresh orange aroma, with honey behind. On tasting the honey comes to the fore, with a big floral hit set against buttery honey. The orange is still there in the background giving an overall impression or orange blossom. A hint of dryness, along with a thin body by mead standards (due to the low ABV) keeps it on the right side of being too sweet and makes it easy-drinking (by mead standards). It's a little bit different, and makes for a very nice summer session mead.
