A very limited release, we tried something new with this one. A mix-fermentation experiment, this beer is tart and fruity like a sour with a smooth body feel like an ale!

Brewery draught, 6/1/25.
Slightly hazy, rosy-to-light-amber. Small, off-white head.
Sweet and fruity in the nose with more soft acidity. Lots of strawberry jam, overripe peach and such. Sweeter malts with some breadiness.
Sweet, fruity, peachy, heavy strawberry. Somewhat of a thick texture with mild acetic and lactic character. Somewhat thick and sweet. Needs much higher attenuation to balance all of these sluggish, sweet and fruity notes.
