Our gin barrel aged Raspberry mead, The Rover. It has only been released once -- in 2022. The Rover Batch Two is not currently in production, but we would love to make a second batch in the future, because this mead is a thing of aromatic beauty.

Lots and lots of gin notes, even feels like some gin heat on the finish, but flavor-wise it's still really balanced with raspberry jamminess as Schramms does as always.
