This is a light and delicate perry with a bright sparkle, perfect as an aperitif, for toasting a celebration or summer time drinking.
The fruit was taken from the first half of the season, hand picked in the beautiful 115 year old pear orchard in Chew Stoke. Great with oysters, delicate fish dishes, salads.
All of our fruit us handpicked from unsprayed, unfertilised traditional orchards. No additives. May contain naturally occurring sulphites. 750ml. 7.3%.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass for #rgpm. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin white layer and aroma of perry pear, fruit, funk. Taste is sweet, fruity, peary, hay, some funky notes, with acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry balanced acidic & tannic at the finish. Nicely drinkable
