A fresh, juicy perry with hints of peach and honeysuckle. Fruit, crisp, zesty!
Varieties: Wild pears, mixed perry pears.
The literary definition of paradise is ‘a place of contentment, a land of luxury and fulfilment containing ever-lasting bliss.’ We thought this summed up the perry nicely, so we put it on the label. Also, Leo loves the bird of paradise!
Whole juice, wild ferment. GF and vegan. Still. Medium sweet. 500ml. 6%.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass for #rgpm. Golden colour, thin white rim and aroma of perry pear, fruity. Taste is sweetish, peary, stone fruit notes, floral, gooseberry, with some citric acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying mellow peary slightly tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
