Bottle share (Massive thanks for the share! ❤️) at Peders Barreled Souls TTO (02/08/2025) - Tart sour and funky with some citrusy lemony notes in play, hay and straw, nice acidity and carbonation, medium body, tart lingering finish. Lovely stuff.

Tons of dried peaches, citrus, oak and mildly funky yeast. Very tart. Big oak big fruit. Low carbonation. Excellent depth. Superb.
