Bourbon barrel aged version of our Scottish ale, the Dirk. Named after the grumpy, yet distinguished, dog on the label. We started making The Dirk (Scottish Ale) when Dirk was just a puppy. The barrel aged version has been made yearly since 2017.

Draft: Poured a burnt dark brown with a white head. Aroma is boozy, bourbon, vanilla. Taste is whiskey, boozy, toffee, tangy finish.
