We took our quaffable table beer (auxiliary tank) and added local Sumac, a local plant with red flower cones. This wonderful striking flower has notes of pomegranate, lemonade, and herbal undertones. This beer tastes like pomegranate white tea with a twist of lemon.

Brewery draught, 6/4/25.
Rather hazy, deep amber-copper. Neat, creamy, sumac flower tinted head.
Really interesting herbal nose but very fruity, with creamy, buttery malts behind it. Rose, hibiscus, lemon balm, good acidity and balance all around with excellent aroma strength.
Nice and dry, quenching, clean and with a bit of graham cracker from the malt. Lighter bodied, not thin. Fruity and herbal with lemon balm, hibiscus and lingering earthy mineral. Mild tartness gives a nice zip. Super unique and well-done.
