Stay Calm is the newest addition to our brewer’s series brought to you by Sean and Drew. This DDH Belgian-style Imperial IPA is brewed with a touch of crystal malt in the grain bill and utilizes a yeast strain new to us giving off notes of fruits and spices. The complexity of the yeast is complimented by an early addition of Amarillo and Columbus on the hot side as well as Sabro incognito in the whirlpool and finally double dry hopped with Jaryllo, Columbus, and Amarillo, resulting in a beer that is funky, earthy, bright and dank.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
16 oz can from the brewery, via delivery, 5/17/25. The pour is murky, dark, rusty orange-amber. Thick, rocky beige head atop it. Moderate lacework. Heavy spice, yeast, grain component, with some earth and straw as well. Clove. Finish is spice forward. Not sure why, but it didn't totally work for me. I think the yeast/spice overpowers everything else causing a lack of balance.
