Midnight Indigo offers bold, decadent flavors of fudge, roasted malt & toasted caramel, with layers of rich cocoa nibs & subtle coconut sweetness. Aged for a year in bourbon barrels, then rested on generous amounts of coconut & cocoa nibs. This Imperial Stout draws out notes of vanilla custard, charred oak & a touch of smokiness, finishing with a depth of flavor & a smooth, velvety mouthfeel.
