Patient Wanderer is our German-style Helles Lager that was given an extensive four-month rest in our stainless steel horizontal conditioning cellar. Pouring a brilliant straw-gold color into the glass, it carries a flavor profile of doughy malts, light straw, clean lager yeast, and just the right dash of zippy noble hops. Its extended lagering time further accentuates its clarity and crispness, while its slow carbonation treatment creates a tightly packed foam that clings to the glass, marking each sip along its journey. Beers that command your attention are a wonderful thing. Beers that can fade into the background as an unspoken companion to celebratory moments in life are also a wonderful thing and deserve to be held in equally high esteem. The Helles malt-forward profile, matched with the unparalleled clean snappiness of patient lagering techniques, exemplifies this intersection. Enjoy.

Canned at PBF. Clear pale golden, small head. Floral, bready nose. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Syrupy white bread with floral hops atop. Mid bitter finish. Nice hops, basic malt.

A bit cloudy golden colour, small white head. Sweetish malty, a bit grainy aroma. Light-bodied. Sweetish malty, mellow, not so much hops in the flavour. Harmless. PBF XV,

PBF XV. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, some mild vegetably tones with some mild earthy elements. Flavour is herbal, grassy, mild vegetably tones with some grassy tones. OK, but needs something to make it more proper.

Pours a lightly hazy, pale honey-gold, with small, but lasting head. Aroma is grass, straw, biscuit. Flavors follow. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Charlton side pull draught, 6/17/25.
Clear, but right brass-golden. Small, white head.
Rich, clean, cereal grain with zesty herbal hops and yeast crispness. Nicely aromatic and with some light sourdough but not too bready.
Rich maltiness with honey and cereal. Light, zesty herbs and good minerality on the finish. Touch of apple. Clean and richly malted with tons of flavor for its size. Good bitterness throughout but remaining malty as a helles should, on the finish.
