"Uusi HIMO HOMO Go Deeper on 8-prosenttinen hazy west coast DIPA, joka on täynnä makua ja symboliikkaa. Sen jokainen yksityiskohta on tarkkaan harkittu. Oluen tyyli tulee Yhdysvalloista, mutta raaka-aineet Euroopasta ja Oseaniasta.
Kolmen humalan (Herkules, Harlequin, Moutere) kombinaatio tuo yhteen west coast IPA:n ja pacific NEIPA:n parhaat ominaisuudet", näin Tammenheimo tiivistää oman oluensa.

Mild smell of hops. Cloudy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, faint booze. Medium bitter. Lively carbon.

Murky yellow colour, steady white head. All I can smell is hop pellets and grapefruit. Medium-bodied. Dry, grapefruity, bitter, lots of straw. Not the best of three Homos...

(Keg at Barley & Bait, 20250606) The beer poured yellow and opaque. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had ripe fruits, resin, grapefruit, floralness and honey. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were resin, herbalness, ripe fruits, floralness, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste had resin, herbalness and bitterness. A tasty fruity brew with pleasant resin notes.
