Draft at the KoP Taproom. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is coriander, hay, black pepper, lemon zest, and butterscotch. Sweet and sugary, with a dusty, drying bitterness. Medium body, grainy, and a bit acidic. On style and pretty nice.
