In this hazy and juicy Pale Ale, we used brewery favourite Nelson Sauvin alongside super tropical Superdelic to give this beer a full on NZ hop hit! We fermented it with a fruity yeast to push the juice to the fore. Expect flavours and aromas of tropical fruits with a gooseberry and stone fruit undertone in this sessional beer.

Can bought at the brewery. Hazy-opaque dull gold. Thick fluffy foamy white head is impressive. Aroma is fruity. Sour with a fruity streak. Rather tangy. Herbal edge. The flavour is punchy. It melding citrus sourness and juicy if not overly sweet fruit. Herbal edge. Potentially some vinous element to the sourness. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable easy drinking stuff.

Nice beer. Pleasant fruity hop character, bites of tangerine, white grape, melon, faint dankness, a little guava. Pale bread. Low bitterness. Easygoing.
