Czech Green Lager. Apparently Green Lager is a thing in Prague! Who knew?! We added wild foraged nettle and ground ivy to this madness, followed by a touch of Spirulina. The result is a green-ish... lager... Why?!

The brethren provideth. This was very lively and left a very unpleasant pond water green pondwater green puddle on the kitchen worktop. Cloudy brown tinged amber. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has citrus, herbs, spice and yeast. Tangy citrus leads the flavour charge. Added herbal and vinousnotes. . Slightly metallic edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Would have perhaps thought this was a Session IPA if blind tasting. Nice enough.
