The Minus Times: Italian-Style Pilsner is a crisp, aromatic lager brewed with Weyermann Eraclea malt from Italy’s Adriatic Coast. Pouring straw gold, it offers notes of honeysuckle, fresh bread, and marmalade, with Saaz hops adding hints of cedar and spice. A touch of Magnum rounds it out with lemony bitterness. Bright, balanced, and built for slow afternoons.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to stange glass.
Appearance: clear yellow color with a four finger white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate then once it did some light lace
Aroma: slight floral to earthy hop notes then a light herbal sweetness; slight honey tones underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine herbal to floral sweetness; finishes the same way with a touch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness with a little bit of herbal dryness
Overall: hey look an Italian pilsener which isn't oily, well, I'd say this is one I can get behind.

16 oz can. Aroma is light grains, very soft floral bouquet. Flavors of mineral water, light malts, honey in a lighter body. Texture is crisp and has a soft spicy bitterness for balance. Pretty much what you expect. It is well-made.
