The Aromas are bread dough & Mild cherry. Flavors are fairly dry yeasty with mild sour cherry. I don't know if I'm imagining the salt or not . Slightly watery body mildly tart finish, boring beer. One and done.

Sampled from a can this beer poured a hazy bright amber color with a medium sized foamy yellow-white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was musty, grainy and a bit off with a hint of cherry. The flavor was musty with sour cherry, grain and a hint of salt. Long finish. Medium body. Disappointing.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Clear deep golden with small white head. Aroma is light cherry, medium/light body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is slightly tart, salty, and a little cherry.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours a dilute ripe peach color with a whitish head. Light cherry aroma with a salt note. Med body. Flavor is salt and cherry with some support that seems rather wheaty. Dry. Salt stands in for bitter. Tasty gose.

Clear light pink color with a sour aroma. Taste is sour followed by a salty, sweet tart cherry finish. Sour aftertaste.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 10/11/2018. Pours lightly hazy pale golden/yellow/light pinkish color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy red cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of cherry juice, fruity/acidic yeast, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy red cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy/tart/tangy red cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of cherry juice, fruity/acidic yeast, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, acidic/tangy, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is an excellent gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of cherry juice, fruity/acidic yeast, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Not overly lactic or salty. Flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome balanced juicy/jammy cherries, Lacto complexity; and solid pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.
