Pinkish orange with a faded crimson cap that soon vanishes.
Nose is tangy berry fruit esters, apple chews, cranberry, hedgerow, straw.
Taste comprises tarte fruit rinds, apple skins, herb, light acidic tickle, glazed cherries.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with a lick of booze.
Solid ... high end fruited cider.

13/8/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Aroma is woody, apple, white wine, cherry, rhubarb, light funky notes. Moderately sweet with drying tannic tartness. Good body. Enjoyable.

750ml bottle from HOTM. 2021 Vintage. Hazed orangey gold colour with reddish tinge, thin white foam head and aroma of cherries, grape, apple. Taste is oak, woody, tart citric, grape, white wine, appley, funk, with cherry notes and drying tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
