Brewed with sea salt from the Isle of Skye, from the incredible Isle of Sky Sea Salt Co, and Ghanian cocoa nibs from Valrhona Selection, this bold imperial stout is full of decadent chocolate notes balanced by a smooth, savoury finish.

20/8/2025. Keg at the 46th Peterborough Beer Festival. Good pour. Aroma is liquorice, dark chocolate, salted caramel, dark fruits, cherry. Smooth, mellow roasted. Very nice.

330ml bottle from Farm Brewery Tap - Jet black body, solid tan head. Big oily mouthfeel makes this worthwhile, lots of bold rich chocolate hits with a nice little savoury nod at the end to balance it out and stop it being too sweet. Brilliant.
