Yumberries are originally known as the Chinese Bayberry. Crimson in color with a bright acidity reminiscent of pomegranates, we wanted to let this one lean on the more acidic side of balance to let those unique flavors show. This mead showcases the deep seediness of Raspberries while a cranberry/pomegranate fruit profile lingers into the finish. Viscous, rich, and an explosion of fruit from end to end...

Intense with honey and sweet pomegranate notes. Taste is very bold, semi sweet and very tart with some tannins. It's quite unusual for the mead to be this acidic. Nice one.

Tap. Pours unclear reddish chestnut, no head, no lacing. Aroma is berries, raspberry, blueberry, field honey. Flavor is sweet, fruity, orange blossom. Some tartness. Good.

Couldn’t pick out the fruit distinctly, tart boysenberry like, with some redcurrant and plum like notes, smooth honey. Floral.
