Keg @ SalamaNation.
Clear red/amber like color.
Funky, very tart, plummy, light wood, red berry notes. Fairly complex. Tart but has some sweet berries also.

CBH2025. Pinkish orange colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is lots of berries, some wood, mild vinous notes with some spiciness as well. Flavour is nicely tart berries, with some peachy and mild wooden tones as well. Really crisp lambic.

Tap at Moeder Lambic. It pours clear rose / blush with a lasting white head. The aroma is musty, tangy, funky, rose, redcurrant, bramble, vinous and a hint of red wine vinegar. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, acidic, puckering, vinous, redcurrant, vinous, sour apricot, peach, bramble, rose, slightly lactic and some minerality with a vinous finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fun stuff..love the texture.
