I (Josh) got bored sitting behind a computer while Cody got a well deserved vacation. So, I decided to hop on the 1's and 2's and change things up a little on our hazy recipes. Here is the first changeup to our IPA game in a long time.......dry hopped with Citra Lupomax, Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, Nectaron, Maui Nelson Hop Kief, and Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief.

Kind of east meets west coast here, nice notes of peach and tangaeine, apricot, abit of a thinner body and mouthfeel, sweet malts, crisp palate, solid hoppy finish. Nice one.

Pours a hazy dark yellow color with a medium frothy bone white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lacing. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of herbal hops, grapefruit, pine and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Good beer all around.
