Draught at source: pours gold with white head. Aroma is herbal, lemony, yeasty. Taste has strong lemongrass, herbal and lemon notes. Not really sour, but a bit tart. Solid.

In a real rush out of the bottle. Bright light yellow, lots of fluffy head. Nose has herbal lemongrass and saison yeast. Light, soft, effervescent. Sour, herbal lemon, a bit of honey and soap, dry. There's a lot to like but falls a bit short for me. Nice.

Pours hazy yellow into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Lemon, meadow and funk aromas. Sweet and sour hay upfront turning to quite tart lemon peel and pith in the pucker-inducing finish.

12.7 oz waxed bottle. Aroma is bretty, dusty basements, lemon, lemon rind, floral, wood. Taste is sour (8/10) with flavors like the aroma descriptors. Another great beer from Plan Bee.
