Brewed as it always has been, with Maris Otter barley, English Goldings & Fuggles hops using the unique Brakspear 'Double Drop' system, that provides a robust second fermentation stage to produce a remarkably drinkable ale with complex, fragrant, mouthwatering characteristics.
Note: Following the closure of the Brakspear Brewery at Henley in 2002, production of Brakspear beers was moved, along with some of the historic Henley brewing vessels, to the Wychwood Brewery in Witney, Oxfordshire.
