5 oz taster in a pretty wine glass at Perennial Artisan Ales in St. Louis, Missouri. The pour is a slight haze golden yellow with pretty much no head. The aroma is bright acidic, sour funk with a bright clean melon fruit to the back. The taste clean acidic sour funk balanced beautifully with the fruit of the melon. Beautiful expression of flavors, very tasty. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and the sour melon fruit funk. Exceptional execution.
