Mostly clear orange with a thin head. Aroma dominated by lime, with a little grassy/herbal note. Taste also dominated by the lime, very zesty, sharp, tangy lactic sour, good salinity. Light-medium bodied.

Nose is lime leaf, light floral notes, grass, herb.
Taste comprises sharp citric zest, big lime hit, lactic tang, damp wood, saline rinse.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a puckering rasp.
Fair bracing Gose.
