750 ml bottle in a trade with JStax, thanks much Jeremy. Cloudy straw color, with thin white head, medium retention with light lacing. Aroma white grape, oak, sour crab apples.
flavor is pretty exceptional. White wine and oak are heavy character. Mouthfeel is awesome. White wine is a great balance with the yeast and crab apples. Nicely tart and mildly funky. Damn, this is soild!

Bottle shared by Chris, thanks. Hazy dark yellow thin bubbly white head. Earthy and rustic with bits of oak and some light grape with bits of tart fruit. Very tasty beer.

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a glass. Hazy pale golden with small white head. Aroma is aroma is tart, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is tart citrus and some yeast.
