Bottle shared at the 2025 Pre-Christmas/NY Zaandam Borrel. Poured a hazy light yellow golden colour with little life. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a super fresh, crisp, fresh, juicy, apple, tart pineapple, lightly yeasty palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Light but tasty.

Sample uit 75cl fles, Zaandam Kerst/NY tasting. Mistig lichtgouden kleur, dunne witte kraag. Fris, licht herbaal, vleugje lavendel of rozemarijn, citroenschil, verbena, hint van vanille, druiven, zacht-fruitig, lichte body, heel licht zuurtje, hout. Lichte body. Mooi spul.

75 cl-flaska från SB. Disig ljusgul vätska med lågt skum. Pigg frisk syra, funk, druvor, gula russin, aningen svavel och mineraler. Mycket karaktär och ett perfekt sätt att inleda sommaren. Mycket gott
