Part of our admiration of the lager is its simplicity, requiring clarity of concept and execution. When contemplating how to best represent our newest location, its fabled history of restorative mineral springs came to mind. Of all the things a life spent brewing cultivates, respect for water and its curious properties is near the top of that list. State Park Lager leaves pretensions at the door and presents itself in one of its rarest and oldest forms: a beer for those who love beer. State Park Lager uses the finest New York Pilsner malt, laying a clean and sturdy foundation for this crisp lager. Notes of water crackers and fresh bread greet the palate before an addition of two New York-grown hop varieties dance upon its sticky white head. Hallertau brings forth flavors of earthy spice and golden hay before Vista closes with light notes of pear and peach blossom white tea.

Pours a lightly hazy, pale golden yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is grass, citrus, bread, corn. Flavors follow. Mouthfeel is smooth and crisp.

Charlton draught, 7/3/25.
Clear brass. Small, white head.
Cracker and a bit of herbs and grass. Clean with some fruitiness and a touch of sourdough.
Cracker and light white bread with good depth to it, though remaining light-bodied. Fruity hops with fresh cut grass, dill and melon linger. Clean. Nice balance and great flavor for its size.
